Women's Entrepreneurship Program
In Wisconsin, we supported 25 Somali Bantu women to start small businesses through training, mentorship, and seed funding.
Impact: 85% of participants increased household income by 40% within one year.
Youth Vocational Training
In Minnesota, we partnered with technical colleges to provide Somali Bantu youth with certified training in healthcare, IT, and construction trades.
Impact: 120 youth placed in jobs with average starting wage of $18/hour.
Agricultural Cooperatives
In Somalia, we helped establish farming cooperatives that provide sustainable livelihoods for riverine communities.
Impact: 300 families achieved food security and increased agricultural income by 60%.
